How do I order? We accept PayPal and Money Orders (USPS preferred). If you like something you see, you can click *BUY NOW* to pay through paypal or send us an email, so we can hold the item for you if you are sending a money order. Any questions or comments, always feel free to email us at kate@intergalacticrose.com We love hearing from you! Do you accept returns? Returns will be dealt with on an individual basis. But generally speaking, we will accept returns of unused products within one week of purchase for store credit. How do you ship your items? We ship via USPS priority mail. Other shipping options are available upon request, as well as additional services like delivery confirmation and insurance. We also ship internationally. Please email first for a new invoice. Do you accept layaways or deposits? Deposits are accepted on all items over or around $100. Complete payment must be made within 2 weeks, before item is shipped. Do you accept custom orders? We enjoy working closely with our customers to make one of a kind wearable works of art. To start the custom order process, contact us with your idea, being as specific as possible (include style, color, etc.) and we will take it from there! I will start your custom order after payment is received. Please allow two weeks to receive your custom order. I know its a little longer than most people take, but I want to make sure you have a great piece, and also allow myself time with my family, etc~ Can I be the first to know when new goods are added? Absolutely!! Go to our home page and sign up for the mailing list! Do you ever offer specials or discounts? All the time....to our mailing list customers! Sign up on our home page! When and how can I use my discount for signing up for the mailing list? Email us for your discounted invoice on any premade threads, jewelry, stickers or accessories on the site. Offer is not good on eBay auctions or custom orders, but can be used on sale items. Cannot be combined with other percentage discounts (for example, if I offer the mailing list 20% off any premade threads, you cannot take 20% off and another 10%). Do you ever trade for your goods? We are able to trade or do partial trades sometimes. Sometimes because of time or money, I can't do it, but it never hurts to ask! Do you accept wholesale orders? Yes. Contact us to inquire about a wholesale order. How do I know I am ordering a quality item? I have been sewing for several years, and constantly strive to perfect my craft. First, I choose fabric for style, comfort and durability. Then I prewash to avoid shrinking and bleeding. All items are straight stitched, serged and top stitched where necessary. All appliqués are fused, tightly satin stitched and knotted to insure stability. We put lots of loving detail into each piece, so you'll be turning heads in our threads for a long time to come! How do I care for my handcrafted clothing? For best results, wash cold and tumble dry low. Some items have other care requirements, but they will always be noted. Please respect us, our ideas and creativity. We put a lot of love and attention into our creations, as do independent artists everywhere, so please to not steal, copy, or recreate our goods ; ) |
